Monscierge provides an award-winning hospitality platform built for hotels of any size. Since 2013, one of my ongoing tasks has been evolving and growing the website, as it has become the chief avenue for information and subscriptions.

While e-commerce is nothing new, Monscierge was the first hospitality company to bring SaaS sensibilities to the industry. Monscierge had primarily spent its time and money on technology, not marketing. One of my ongoing tasks is to evolve and grow the website.
The Monscierge product offering was extensive. I reduced the number of products and re-wrote technical copy to be lighter and more accessible.
New photos, typography, and color scheme livened up pages through a minor brand refresh.
Alongside a switch in CRM systems, I took the opportunity to integrate lead gen forms and other analytic elements throughout the site for better data and customer journey insight.
With payment integration, I set a goal that someone could become a Monscierge customer in three minutes or less. On average, a customer can subscribe in 2:37 seconds. In the goal to modernize the hospitality industry, Monscierge largely eschews paper contracts. As a result, nearly 98% of all customer subscriptions filter directly through the website.
